Pip Probert

Pip Probert is a Garden Designer who as a young child liked to photograph, draw and paint pictures of plants.

This love of plants and her artistic flare saw her studying Garden Design at the Welsh Horticultural College.

Pip Probert founded her Garden Design and Landscape business Outer Spaces Design Ltd in 2005 with business partner Wez Salthouse.

In 2009 Pip trained to be a Florist / Floral Designer.

Pip is a Course Tutor for the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh for a Garden Design Diploma

Pip has written articles for articles for RHS and also features on BBC Radio Merseyside giving gardening tips.

Pip Probert has worked on over 29 show gardens.

In 2021 Pip Probert features in a new type of gardening programme Your Garden Made Perfect which was first shown on BBC2 on 04 February 2021.

Presented by Angela Scanlon as well as Pip Probert it features award-winning garden designers, Helen Elks-Smith, Tom Massey and Manoj Malde also for small spaces Joel Bird.

The programme returns for a second series on BBC2 on Friday 04 February 2022.

Angela Scanlon returns as the presenter as well as Garden Designers Tom Massey, Manoj Malde and Helen Elks-Smith as well as 2 new Garden Designers Steve Williams and Oliver Bond.

The budget small garden Designer Joel Bird is replaced this series by new Garden designer Tayshan Hayden-Smith.
