Garden Rescue returns for Series 11 on Tuesday 26 May 2026 in the afternoon slot on BBC1 and this series will run for the usual 35 episodes.
Again for this series they are scheduling it alongside repeats of the previous Garden Rescue series 10 first shown in 2025.
This means they have a break mid series to allow for other popular afternoon series to be aired but also means a lot of repeats!
Leading the team of Garden Designers is our favourite Makeover Queen Charlie Dimmock who has been on Garden Rescue since 2016.
Joining Charlie Dimmock are her regular team of Garden Designers, Chris Hull, Lee Burkhill and Flo Headlam.
Lee Burkhill joined the programme in Garden Rescue Series 6 in 2021 for a few episodes before joining the team full time the following series.
Lee once caused controversy by wearing a vest top during one of the garden makeovers, Lee Burkhill is also known as the Garden Ninja for his very popular Social Media Channels.
Flo Headlam first appeared in Garden Rescue Series 7 in 2022 and this is her first Garden Makeover show.
Flo is passionate about the benefits of gardening and the benefits to mental health and an advocate for community gardening.
Chris Hull also joined the programme in 2022 for Garden Rescue Series 7 and has his own Landscape Design Company.
Chris won a Gold Medal at RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2024 alongside Sid Hill for the Bowel Research UK The Microbiome Garden.

Amelia Bouquet joined Garden Rescue Series 10 as a new Garden Designer and proved to be a very popular new addition.
It is unclear at the moment if she is returning for the new series and after being pregnant in the last series I hope she has a lovely new addition herself.
Garden Rescue for its 10th year Anniversary is making its biggest ever change to the format by having Guest Garden Designers compete against the current team.
Unfortunately not for every episode but for some of the new series we get to see more new Garden Designers and some fresh new ideas for you to try at home.

Diarmuid Gavin has appeared on many Garden Makeover programmes including Homefront in 1996 which was his first television appearance up until more recently for Filthy Garden SOS in 2021.
Diarmuid Gavin is an award winning Garden Designer and is the most experienced of the new Garden Designers to join the Team.

Frances Tophill is best known for being part of the Garden Design team on Love Your Garden and for her being a presenter on Gardeners' World.
Frances Tophill is to have her first ever Show Garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2026 alongside Alan Titchmarsh and Sir David Beckham called the Curious Garden for the Kings' Foundation.

Joe Swift already has a funny kind of connection with Garden Rescue with the surname of Amelia Bouquet and his famous Actor Father, Clive Swift and his character Richard Bucket (pronounced Bouquet) in Keeping up Appearances!

Sue Kent is best known for being a Presenter on Gardeners' World and she won a Silver Gilt medal at RHS Hampton Court Flower Festival in 2022.
Sue Kent down to earth approach to gardening and her ability to adapt her gardening techniques to encourage us all to garden has made her a very popular TV Gardener.
Will this change to the format for Garden Rescue Series 11 bring more viewers to this already popular BBC afternoon programme we will wait and see.
Until it is aired we will not know if any other new changes are to happen but they were appealing for viewers Gardening Conundrums for the Garden Experts to answer on the programme.
As the New team of Gardener Designers are competing against the existing Garden Design Team I will be keeping score as the Series progresses.
